This gentle group sleep coaching programme is for parents of toddlers aged 18 months to 4 years.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll receive:

✔️ A Private 1:1 Consultation – a deep-dive video call to explore your toddler’s sleep habits, temperament, and your family’s routine. We co-create a flexible sleep plan that actually works.

✔️ Weekly Group Coaching Calls – live sessions where we check in, troubleshoot challenges, refine your plan, and celebrate the wins together.

✔️ Supportive Facebook Group – Weekday access to expert support, daily Q&As, and encouragement from a warm, private community (max 8 families).

By the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have:

I’m Catherine, a certified holistic sleep coach (OCN Level 6), toddler specialist, and mum of four.

I’ve spent 30+ years supporting families through every stage of early childhood and I know toddler sleep is a whole different ball game.

My approach blends deep expertise with empathy, humour, and realism.

I’ll meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you get the rest you need without compromising your values.

The Details

We start with a 1-on-1 call

You'll have the opportunity to discuss your baby’s sleep challenges in-depth, and together, we’ll create a personalised plan tailored to your family’s routine and needs, so you can feel confident moving forward.

Join a private Facebook group

A small community of like-minded parents - maximum 8 familes.

You’ll have access to daily support (weekdays), where you can ask questions, share experiences and feel safe knowing you're in an encouraging, understanding space.

Weekly live group coaching calls

Each week with the group, you'll dive into specific sleep topics, troubleshoot challenges, and receive feedback on your progress, so you can stay motivated and make continuous improvements.

Continuous support throughout the 4 weeks

You’re never left to figure it out on your own.

With guidance every step of the way, you’ll be empowered to achieve the sleep progress you’ve been striving for.

  • Doors close: 9pm (UK time), Monday 7th April

  • 1:1 consultations happen that week

  • Weekly group coaching begins: Monday 14th April

  • Calls will be Tuesdays at noon and 8pm, choose whichever works best for you!

  • The session will be held on Zoom, and won’t be recorded, creating a relaxed, open environment for everyone to share and connect.

  • Cost: £175

  • Spaces limited to just 8 families
