Hello, I'm Catherine.

I'm an OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach, mum of four, and former childminder. I've spent over 30 years working with babies, toddlers, and the parents who are doing their absolute best for them.

I've sat with families at their lowest point - surviving on no sleep, drowning in conflicting advice, convinced they're the only ones struggling this much.

I've been that parent too.

What I know from all of that is this: there's almost always a reason your baby sleeps the way they do. And once you understand it, things start to shift.

I'm not here to fix your baby. I'm here to help you understand them.
