We start with a 1-on-1 call
You'll have the opportunity to discuss your baby’s sleep challenges in-depth, and together, we’ll create a personalised plan tailored to your family’s routine and needs, so you can feel confident moving forward.
Join a private Facebook group
A small community of like-minded parents - maximum 8 familes. You’ll have access to daily support (Monday to Friday), where you can ask questions, share experiences, and feel safe knowing you're in an encouraging, understanding space.
Weekly live group coaching calls
Each week with the group, you'll dive into specific sleep topics, troubleshoot challenges, and receive feedback on your progress, so you can stay motivated and make continuous improvements.
